What you will do

• Take full responsibility for internal IT, creating clarity, ownership, and cost transparency across infrastructure, governance, and security.
• Modernise infrastructure with reproducible environments, automation-first architecture, and structured cloud governance.
• Implement AI in operations for support workflows, log analysis, and documentation automation with clear governance.
• Strengthen security and resilience in ISO 27001-certified environment, including identity governance, endpoint management, and disaster recovery.
• Define KPIs and SLAs to make IT performance transparent and aligned with business objectives.
• Scale the IT function with lean structure, separated responsibilities, and automation-driven processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience modernising or rebuilding internal IT environments.
• End-to-end ownership of IT transformation in infrastructure, governance, automation, and security.
• Hands-on AI implementation in production environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure and automation-first architecture.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001-aligned environments.
• Ownership mindset, systems thinking, automation preference, and technical depth for hands-on and executive work.
