What you will do
- Define and execute a technology vision and strategy aligned with company goals, product roadmap, and global trends.
- Partner with the Product team to deliver high-quality, customer-centric technology solutions that enable sustainable growth.
- Build and evolve the Technology organisation, including its structure, operating model, governance, and vendor management.
- Drive company-wide enablement through digitalised processes and the responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies.
- Ensure the reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability of all systems in compliance with security standards.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across Engineering, Information Security, Corporate IT, and Business Automation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in technology roles with expertise in architecture, system design, and cloud/infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of information security and system reliability best practices.
- Experience working in agile, product-oriented software development environments.
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality systems.
- Experienced leader capable of driving alignment and change across senior stakeholder groups.
