Engineering Manager, AI Models Infrastructure

Location: Dublin, Ireland or London, England; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

Fin is an AI customer service product that provides always-on customer support and integrates with the hirify.global Helpdesk.

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing engineering team building the platform and infrastructure that power Fin’s AI capabilities.
• Improve team effectiveness by removing impediments and accelerating delivery.
• Support ML scientists and engineers developing AI-powered capabilities.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver high-impact roadmaps with senior engineers while balancing delivery, quality, and innovation.
• Empower engineers to act with agency and maximize their impact.
• Expand ownership into additional platform domains as the team and AI initiatives grow.

Requirements

• Experience leading technically strong teams.
• Experience leading infrastructure or platform teams.
• Strong prior experience working as an engineer.
• Strong technical judgment and communication skills.
• Adaptable leadership style for a rapidly growing and changing group.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI.

Nice to have

• Experience training ML models and operating them in production at scale.
