Engineering Manager, AI Models Infrastructure

Location: Dublin, Ireland or London, England; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead a high-performing team building and operating infrastructure for Fin’s AI capabilities.
• Remove impediments and improve the team’s effectiveness and delivery speed.
• Support ML Scientists and Engineers building AI-powered capabilities.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver technical roadmaps in partnership with senior engineers.
• Balance delivery, quality, innovation, and team autonomy.
• Expand ownership into additional platform domains as AI initiatives grow.

Requirements

• Experience training ML models and operating them in production at scale.
• Experience leading infrastructure or platform teams.
• Strong prior experience working as an engineer.
• Strong technical judgment and communication skills.
• Adaptable leadership style for a quickly growing and changing group.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI.
