What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach software and QA engineers to reach full potential
• Set performance expectations, goals, and conduct regular assessments
• Provide resources and growth opportunities to improve skills
• Remove obstacles blocking team objectives
• Establish organizational structures and processes for fast flow and scalability
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Tech Lead on sprint goals, features, bug fixes, and improvements
• Drive cross-team collaborations for seamless delivery
• Handle HR tasks: recruitment, remuneration, career planning, vacation planning

Requirements

• Previous experience leading cross-functional software engineering teams of more than 6 people
• Solid technical background in software engineering
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Product mindset: results-oriented, pragmatic, strategic problem-solving
• Thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Empathetic, supportive, with open feedback culture
• Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) daily across engineering, communication, planning, leadership
