What you will do
- Lead global strategic planning and develop global medical product plans.
- Align local activities with global strategy, collect insights, and determine follow-up actions.
- Become subject matter expert in Fabry disease and lead data generation activities.
- Drive publication strategy, congress presence, and manuscript development.
- Provide scientific input for communications, medical information, and study protocols.
- Support global KOL engagement, medical training, HEOR deliverables, and patient advocacy.
Requirements
- 4+ years medical affairs experience required; global roles and multicultural environment as asset.
- PhD, MD preferred (PharmD considered).
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Deep expertise in disease/product data, medical-driven data generation, and clinical research.
- Ability to analyze, summarize, and communicate data effectively.
- Understanding of epidemiological and statistical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationships.
Nice to have
- Background in rare diseases or immunology.
- Experience with post-marketing studies and data generation.
