Sr. Medical Science Liaison (Hematology & Immunology)

Senior Medical Science Liaison (Hematology & Immunology): Building and maintaining partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and external stakeholders to exchange scientific data for rare diseases with an accent on clinical education and medical affairs. Location: Must be based on the East Coast of the USA (MA, ME, VT, NH, NY, CT, RI, PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, WV, VA, NC, SC, TN, GA, AL, FL)

Salary: $161,280 – $197,120 per year

What you will do

• Build and manage partnerships with academic and community KOLs to identify and address scientific needs.
• Develop thought leaders for medical education, clinical research, and publication opportunities.
• Provide field-based medical affairs support for clinical research and investigator-initiated trials.
• Deliver high-caliber medical education presentations and gather competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to streamline medical input and project delivery.
• Maintain deep expertise in hematology and immunology therapeutic areas.

Requirements

• Completion of a graduate level degree (PharmD, MD, DO, DNP, PhD, MSN, MS or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of MSL experience in a relevant therapeutic area (exception for PhD candidates with requisite experience).
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with external stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical, pharmacoeconomic, and real-world evidence (RWE) knowledge.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex scientific ideas.
• Ability to work effectively within diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
