What you will do

• Lead education efforts regarding disease state, genetics, diagnostics, and product information for patients and families.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and caregivers via phone, text, email, and in-person connections.
• Assess individual patient needs to create tailored education and resource plans.
• Collaborate with specialty pharmacy partners to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Conduct community and healthcare outreach to increase awareness of rare diseases.
• Maintain strict adherence to professional standards, compliance guidelines, and federal/state requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and Wound Care Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or rare disease sector.
• Experience with pharmaceutical reimbursement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced communication, coordination, and planning skills.
• Must be based in the Eastern US region.
