What you will do

• Lead and supervise engineering teams across Manufacturing, Test, Maintenance & Equipment, and NPI support.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance management for staff.
• Support and improve production test systems, fixtures, and validation processes.
• Drive yield improvement, defect reduction, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure effective NPI builds and transitions to stable production.
• Oversee equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Manage budgets and ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, ITAR.

Requirements

• Based in Milwaukee, WI area or able to work onsite.
• Strong background in Manufacturing Test Engineering in production environments.
• Experience with complex multi-step processes like assembly or high-mix manufacturing.
• Knowledge of functional test, ICT, validation, and failure analysis.
• Demonstrated yield and production performance improvements.
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years engineering experience with direct leadership responsibility.
