What you will do

• Process supplier invoices and employee expenses accurately and on time.
• Prepare payment runs and ensure correct coding and documentation.
• Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure approvals and ensure correct invoice coding.
• Handle vendor queries and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Support month-end processes with invoice classification and coding.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in finance operations, ideally with accounts payable (AP) exposure.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions to tight deadlines.
• Must be available to start the role immediately.

Nice to have

• Experience with finance systems, such as NetSuite.
