What you will do

• Lead projects of varying complexity and provide technical oversight for the assigned design team.
• Review and redline drawings to ensure consistency with electrical regulatory standards and project requirements.
• Mentor design engineers, creating training programs and development plans to facilitate professional growth.
• Coordinate with the test department and production staff to manage the testing of complex products.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and proactively develop novel solutions for emerging technical problems.
• Support the local production facility by resolving technical issues to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of design experience in power products.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting software.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fremont, California.
