What you will do

• Translate customer ideas and challenges into technical solutions, including PoCs, prototypes, and MVPs.
• Plan and structure agile projects using design-sprints, iterative development, and user story writing.
• Utilize AI tools for rapid-cycle prototyping, testing, and validation of ideas.
• Facilitate sprint reviews and manage requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive sales activities, manage existing customer accounts, and support new project acquisition.
• Lead and motivate engineering teams to make informed technical and product decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in a project-based environment.
• Hands-on development experience in engineering projects.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in agile setups, specifically transitioning prototypes to production systems.
• Active proficiency in using AI tools within development and sales processes.
• Business fluent in both German and English.
