What you will do

• Lead centralized Expedite Engineering team for rapid delivery of electrical design packages
• Define and maintain technical boundaries, eligibility criteria, and guardrails for expedited offerings
• Partner with Sales, Applications, and Product teams to support front-end opportunities with fast designs
• Manage, coach, and mentor Electrical Design Engineers, setting performance expectations on speed and quality
• Review and approve deliverables, enforce standard components and templates, and handle escalations
• Drive continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and scalable practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
• Minimum 5 years in electrical design engineering for switchgear or power distribution
• Minimum 2 years in engineering leadership or supervisory role
• Deep knowledge of low- and medium-voltage switchgear systems
• Understanding of standardization, modular design, NRTL certifications, UL standards, and compliance
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
