What you will do

• Manage a team of 8-10 controls engineers focusing on power conversion design and development.
• Develop and manage multi-generational product plans (MGPP) for modular and scalable control features.
• Lead the controls development execution (design, simulation, and validation) through NTI, NPI, and CPI program phases.
• Provide technical leadership for chargers, power conversion systems, and microgrid content.
• Define and manage controls development processes to optimize workflow and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Translate direct customer requirements into concept designs that exceed expectations.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or a related curriculum.
• Extensive experience in tactical and strategic planning (1-5 year horizons).
• Strong background in technical decision-making and critical thinking for complex engineering challenges.
• Proven ability to lead successful teams and manage performance and workplace conflicts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and commercial domains.
• Must be based in the US or eligible for domestic relocation; no sponsorship provided.
