Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solution Architects, setting goals and fostering innovation.
• Guide scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Review and approve high-impact designs and proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to meet customer needs.
• Support pre-sales with RFI/RFP responses and represent hirify.global in customer engagements.
• Champion digital transformation and evaluate emerging technologies with vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (master’s preferred)
• 8+ years in power system architecture, 3+ years in leadership
• Deep knowledge of UL, IEEE standards, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder skills
