What you will do

• Lead and expand the D365 CE and Power Platform practice focusing on Sales, Customer Service, and CPQ solutions.
• Define digital transformation strategies and advise clients on D365 CE implementation.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of Power Platform solutions across client projects.
• Mentor consultants and team members to promote professional growth and best practices.
• Conduct solution architecture reviews to ensure alignment with organizational and Microsoft guidelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan resource allocation and strategic practice initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing D365 CE and CPQ-focused practices.
• Deep functional expertise in Customer Service, Sales, and CPQ within D365 CE.
• Extensive knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Canvas Apps.
• Experience in end-to-end solution delivery and architecture reviews for enterprise-level clients.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
