What you will do
- Develop and execute Benelux Market Access strategy, integrating pricing, tenders, access trends, and HEOR activities.
- Manage market access stakeholder network, including payers, reimbursement authorities, and insurers.
- Lead pricing strategies, HTA dossiers, and tender processes aligned with global priorities and local compliance.
- Represent in sector bodies and external platforms; promote product value propositions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams to align payer strategies and prepare product launches.
- Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and position as a thought leader in sustainability for reimbursement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in scientific field or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Deep understanding of payer landscapes and regulatory environments in the Benelux.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French a plus).
- Experience aligning local and global strategies.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills; ability to translate complex info into actionable insights.
