Location: Zaventem, BE (Benelux); deep understanding of Benelux payer landscapes and regulatory environments required

What you will do

  • Develop and execute Benelux Market Access strategy, integrating pricing, tenders, access trends, and HEOR activities.
  • Manage market access stakeholder network, including payers, reimbursement authorities, and insurers.
  • Lead pricing strategies, HTA dossiers, and tender processes aligned with global priorities and local compliance.
  • Represent hirify.global in sector bodies and external platforms; promote product value propositions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with local and global teams to align payer strategies and prepare product launches.
  • Monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and position hirify.global as a thought leader in sustainability for reimbursement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific field or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Deep understanding of payer landscapes and regulatory environments in the Benelux.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French a plus).
  • Experience aligning local and global strategies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills; ability to translate complex info into actionable insights.
