What you will do
- Generate meetings with prospects through prioritised, personalised outbound outreach to hit weekly targets.
- Develop outbound sales leads, respond to inquiries, run email campaigns, and track communications in CRM.
- Quickly qualify leads before handing off to Account Executives.
- Represent 's products by deeply understanding them and conducting consumer research to match prospect needs.
- Apply the Smart & Soft selling method, increasingly owning client engagement and deal closures.
- Collaborate beyond your role to improve products, methods, strategy, and customer base growth.
Requirements
- Passionate about sales.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills.
- Empathy for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
Nice to have
- Experience in Sales, Sales Development Representative, or customer-facing roles like Management consulting or Customer Success.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
