What you will do
- Develop operational solutions for dedicated accounts to reduce costs and improve efficiencies, including upsell
- Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with service level agreements
- Communicate with customer managers and report key performance indicators
- Secure budget adherence and invoice approvals
- Manage price adjustments, such as annual indexations
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Several years of experience in road transport or logistics
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably with profit and loss responsibility
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and communicate with stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business or operational improvement initiatives
- Independent, confident in acting, prioritizing, and decision-making
