Base Salary Range: 125000 - 195000

What you will do

  • Serve as trusted advisor to executives, shaping hiring strategy aligned to business growth.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools in sourcing, screening, and structured assessments.
  • Lead executive searches and partner with search firms for GTM, G&A roles.
  • Oversee GTM hiring pipelines across US, EMEA, META, APAC regions.
  • Manage US intern and early careers programs.
  • Lead recruiting team, ensuring data-informed decisions and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in recruiting with GTM experience (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven leadership managing recruiting teams.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise sales talent markets, especially North America.
  • Ability to build pipelines and support scaling.
  • Strong executive presence and data-driven mindset.

  • Experience with GTM teams in emerging regions.
