Contracts Manager

Salary: $115,000 - $132,000 USD

What you will do

• Assist with full contract lifecycle: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements across business lines.
• Develop contracting standards, templates, and playbooks to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Compliance.
• Negotiate standard contracts under guidance and support legal team projects.
• Optimize workflows, enhance contract management tools (including AI), and analyze contract data for strategic insights.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues related to patient data and vendors, and incorporate regulatory updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of progressive contracts experience in corporate legal or law firm, preferably high-volume complex agreements.
• Ability to lead negotiations independently.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk allocation, and commercial terms.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
