What you will do
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review, approval, execution, and storage.
- Draft and redline agreements such as NDAs, DPAs, SOWs, and MSAs using approved templates and playbooks.
- Coordinate approvals across Legal, Finance, Security, and Executive teams to ensure commercial alignment.
- Maintain a CLM repository with precise metadata for fast retrieval and audit readiness.
- Track key dates for renewals and obligations, sending proactive reminders to stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards to report on cycle times, SLA adherence, and renewal pipelines.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in contracts administration or legal operations.
- Hands-on experience with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, Conga).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (Track Changes) and Excel.
- Familiarity with core legal constructs including indemnity, liability, IP, and confidentiality.
- Availability to work according to U.S. client business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Experience supporting both buy-side and sell-side contracts.
- Expertise in template governance and clause library management.
