Location: Hybrid work model balancing office and remote work across US locations

Salary: $53,000 - $83,000 base (US locations)

What you will do

• Collaborate with AI Compliance Team to draft playbook for Artificial Intelligence Addenda
• Assist in updating global employment contract templates and reviewing/negotiating NDAs, vendor agreements, SaaS contracts
• Support implementation of new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and migration of existing contracts
• Help design and deliver internal training materials for CLM adoption

Requirements

• Currently pursuing JD or undergraduate degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field
• Strong interest in corporate law, legal operations, or SaaS technology
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, written/verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• High integrity handling confidential information
