Salary: $95,000 – $154,000 USD (depending on tier) + 15% variable compensation

What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to Enterprise clients to ensure retention and alignment of priorities.
- Facilitate executive relationships to accelerate the activation and onboarding of corporate hospitals.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
- Streamline bulk upload and onboarding processes for large organizational accounts.
- Liaise between corporate accounts and local representatives to proactively identify and reduce churn.
- Manage inbound communications from Enterprise clients regarding requests, product bugs, and alterations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of veterinary hospital operations experience (Corporate preferred).
- 3+ years of enterprise-level SaaS account management experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for training and events.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market penetration.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering pitches to executive-level stakeholders.
- Must be based in the USA.
