Salary: $95,000 – $154,000 USD (depending on tier) + 15% variable compensation

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner to Enterprise clients to ensure retention and alignment of priorities.
  • Facilitate executive relationships to accelerate the activation and onboarding of corporate hospitals.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product insights.
  • Streamline bulk upload and onboarding processes for large organizational accounts.
  • Liaise between corporate accounts and local representatives to proactively identify and reduce churn.
  • Manage inbound communications from Enterprise clients regarding requests, product bugs, and alterations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of veterinary hospital operations experience (Corporate preferred).
  • 3+ years of enterprise-level SaaS account management experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for training and events.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and expanding market penetration.
  • Strong presentation skills for delivering pitches to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the USA.
