TL;DR
Senior Director of Product Management (EdTech): Own and evolve platform-level product strategy, translating company goals into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes. Focus on leading PM team, driving predictable delivery with Engineering, cross-functional alignment, and ensuring launches drive adoption and revenue impact.
Location: Remote across the US. Unable to accept applications from candidates outside of the US. Willingness to travel to customer locations and company retreats in Chicago as needed (3-5 per year).
Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 (Chicago market data).

What you will do
- Own platform-level product strategy and evolve it into prioritized, delivery-ready roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing product management team with clear expectations and accountability.
- Partner with Engineering for predictable, high-quality delivery, balancing speed, quality, and rigor.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on pipeline, deals, and expansion to drive revenue impact.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing as key leader.
- Represent Product externally in customer conversations, webinars, and strategic deals; build product analytics discipline.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Product Management leadership within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven success translating strategy into execution driving revenue, adoption, and customer value.
- Strong operational discipline in roadmap planning, delivery, and cross-functional execution.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing on GTM and deals.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, analytical, and decision-making skills; low-ego, high-ownership style.
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, learning platforms, assessment, credentialing, or multi-tenant enterprise SaaS.
- Building or maturing product analytics function from the ground up.
