TL;DR

VP of Marketing (Voice AI): Own full go-to-market narrative and growth engine scaling from early traction (600K+ developers) to category leadership with an accent on developer-first marketing system supporting PLG growth and enterprise pipeline. Focus on defining category positioning, refining messaging, and launching cohesive marketing engine for developer activation and demand generation.

Location: San Francisco

Salary: $280K – $330K + Equity

What you will do

  • Build deep understanding of product, developer motion, and enterprise GTM strategy; audit marketing channels and align on positioning.
  • Establish marketing operating cadence with OKRs, pipeline reviews, and reporting; refine positioning for developer and enterprise audiences.
  • Scale high-impact growth channels like content, SEO, and developer engagement.
  • Launch cohesive marketing engine spanning developer growth, product marketing, and demand generation with clear attribution.
  • Deliver measurable impact on developer activation and enterprise pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • Scaled developer-first or infrastructure product from early traction to meaningful growth (e.g., $30M to $100M ARR or 100K to 1M+ users).
  • Understand PLG and enterprise GTM motions and how to balance them.
  • Product marketing as core strength: translate complex technical systems into compelling narratives.
  • Operate at VP/CMO level with strong ownership, judgment, and bias for action in lean, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in voice AI, real-time systems, or conversational AI.
