What you will do

  • Achieve territory sales goals through call planning, segmentation, targeting, and data-driven adjustments.
  • Deliver compliant product messaging and build relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and primary care stakeholders.
  • Position Chiesi as a trusted partner focused on patient outcomes via professional, clinical engagements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical and Market Access.
  • Maintain scientific knowledge of asthma disease state, treatment landscape, and competitive insights.
  • Ensure operational excellence, full compliance, accurate documentation, and support for launches and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be based in Dayton, OH, US (field-based role).
  • Strong communication, influence, relationship-building, data analysis, and business acumen skills.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical promotion regulations and compliance.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, coachability, and growth mindset; experience levels: 0–5 years (Specialty), 6–12 years (Senior), 13+ years (Executive) in pharma sales, preferably respiratory/asthma.
