Salary: $130,000 – $190,000

What you will do
- Achieve territory sales goals through disciplined call planning, segmentation, and targeting.
- Build trusted relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and key primary care stakeholders.
- Deliver compliant product messaging aligned with the asthma portfolio brand strategy.
- Analyze market insights and data to optimize territory performance and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Medical and Market Access teams.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical promotional regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Detroit, MI.
- Experience requirements based on level: 0–5 years (Representative), 6–12 years (Senior), or 13+ years (Executive).
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in respiratory or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Demonstrated coachability and a growth mindset.
