What you will do
- Drive adoption of the asthma portfolio through disciplined call planning, segmentation, and targeting.
- Establish trusted, compliant relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and primary care stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, compliant product messaging aligned with brand strategy and scientific disease-state knowledge.
- Leverage data and market insights to adjust territory strategies and improve commercial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Medical and Market Access teams.
- Ensure full compliance with promotional regulations, company policies, and expense guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be based in or be able to relocate to Des Moines, IA.
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
- Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities.
- Experience requirements vary by level: 0–5 years (Representative), 6–12 years (Senior), or 13+ years (Executive).
Nice to have
- Respiratory or specialty pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
