What you will do
- Execute brand strategy and achieve territory sales goals through disciplined call planning, segmentation, and targeting.
- Build and maintain trusted, compliant relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and key primary care stakeholders.
- Deliver clear, compliant product messaging based on a strong scientific understanding of the asthma disease state.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Medical and Market Access teams, to optimize patient outcomes.
- Analyze market data and customer insights to adjust territory strategies and improve commercial performance.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies, promotional regulations, and ethical business practices.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Must be located in or be able to relocate to Columbus, OH.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or specialty sales (ranging from 0 to 13+ years depending on the assigned level).
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical promotion.
- Ability to analyze business data and identify growth opportunities.
