What you will do

• Own BU P&L and financial metrics including revenue, profit, on-time delivery, quality, and safety.
• Build and lead a BU Leadership Team fostering trust, alignment, and talent development.
• Lead teams across multiple locations, promoting collaboration and shared purpose.
• Provide oversight to Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development.
• Develop financial strategy including pricing, contracts, and risk assessments.
• Execute strategic plans aligned with Space Division initiatives and contribute to group-level decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical discipline (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years leadership in electronics manufacturing, integrated systems, or high-reliability tech sectors.
• 5+ years in strategic leadership with people and business strategy responsibility.
• Direct P&L leadership in Space, Defense, or Aerospace.
• Ability to lead multi-site operations through change and integration.
• Ability to hold or receive TS/SCI clearance.
