What you will do

• Drive vision and execution for complex, technical product areas to deliver meaningful customer value.
• Identify design opportunities by connecting user needs with business objectives.
• Collaborate end-to-end with engineering and product partners to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.
• Partner with researchers and data scientists to implement solutions based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Utilize and expand the hirify.global Design System to ensure a seamless product experience.
• Develop and articulate strong rationales for design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Experience working with data and high levels of technical complexity.
• Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of meaningful features or product surfaces.
• Experience shipping products that successfully simplified complex workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA.

Nice to have

• Ability to prototype independently or with engineering to accelerate delivery beyond mockups.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript/React.
• Genuine interest in the data space and cutting-edge technologies.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration cycles.
