Location: Remote within NYC Metro territory; up to 75% travel required, including weekends/evenings/overnights; 4.5 days per week field presence.

Salary: $125,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

  • Prospect new business and expand existing accounts using targeting data.
  • Manage accounts for MFMs, prenatal genetic counselors, and clinical staff.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and deliver consultative sales presentations.
  • Coordinate in-person/virtual meetings and lead educational initiatives like conferences and physician events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Track opportunities in CRM and meet sales targets/KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years healthcare sales (physician environment preferred) or 2+ years as genetic counselor; experience selling to prenatal care (MFMs/prenatal GCs) required.
  • Valid driver’s license; able to travel up to 75% including air travel for multi-state territory.
  • Technical aptitude to promote multiple offerings; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Independent time/territory management; strong work ethic.
