Compensation: $50k base + uncapped commissions (top performers $100k+ total)

What you will do

  • Drive sales revenue by managing prospect lists and achieving quotas through cold calling and outreach.
  • Consult with medical practices to identify needs and recommend directory listing strategies.
  • Close deals on WebMD Care and Vitals.com listings to improve client patient acquisition.
  • Make 50+ calls per day in a phone-heavy role while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Communicate product features, value, and benefits effectively to generate business for clients.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years inside/telesales experience with proven success in selling or appointment setting
  • Strong hunter mentality, self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • High energy, reliable, goal-driven, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Windows tools: Excel, Outlook, Word
  • US-based for hybrid/remote work
