Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do
- Prospect, develop, and close new business while expanding relationships with general pediatricians, midlevels, and staff.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations on genetic testing value for pediatric populations.
- Coordinate in-person and virtual client meetings, plus educational events like in-office appointments, conferences, and physician dinners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Maintain high field presence (4.5 days/week), meet sales targets/KPIs, and document activities in CRM.
- Stay current on clinical genomics, pediatric guidelines, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years in healthcare sales (physician environment preferred) or 2+ years as genetic counselor.
- Experience selling into general pediatric practices strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Technical aptitude to promote multiple services and manage opportunities.
- Able to work independently, manage time/territory, with strong work ethic.

- Experience in clinical genomics sales.
