What you will do

• Ensure day-to-day quality of design output across projects.
• Lead multiple projects from brief through adaptation and rollout.
• Provide inspirational direction and knowledge sharing to team members.
• Balance tight deadlines and shifting priorities efficiently.
• Collaborate with Creative Director on conceptual projects.

Requirements

• Hybrid role based out of York studio (UK).
• Solid experience in packaging design, understanding brand personalities, tiering, and target markets.
• Portfolio showing diverse FMCG expertise and systems thinking.
• Expertise as brand guardian for development and execution consistency.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, client/project management, presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of print/production processes; Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
