Production Designer (Figma)

Location: London, UK (Hybrid); ability to work across NA and EMEA hours as needed.

What you will do

• Design booths, signage, swag, presentations, digital assets, and campaign materials for EMEA events and local marketing campaigns.
• Adapt global campaigns and brand moments to regional languages, market context, and local partners while preserving the core brand idea.
• Partner with EMEA Field Marketing, campaign owners, and event teams to deliver high-quality work quickly.
• Create templates, kits, reusable components, and Figma systems that enable regional marketing partners to self-serve.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and other lightweight tools to reduce production time without compromising quality.
• Maintain hirify.global’s visual standards, identify brand drift, coach local partners, and share EMEA feedback with the North American Brand Design team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in production or graphic design in-house or at an agency.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, consistency, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort working with Google Workspace and presentation tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating event materials, campaign assets, templates, and presentations.
• Based in London and able to work across NA and EMEA hours as needed.
• Self-driven, organized, flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing marketing schedules.
