What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, corporate communications, and customer engagement.
• Design and produce assets for print, digital, web, video, motion graphics, presentations, social media, photography, trade shows, and environmental graphics.
• Execute projects from concept through final production and prepare technically compliant artwork for multiple media.
• Adapt creative assets for different channels, formats, and global audiences while maintaining Christie brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, external agencies, printers, freelancers, photographers, and production vendors.
• Improve visual identity systems, templates, and brand assets while applying accessible design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia design, digital media, creative advertising, or a related discipline.
• 6–8 years of experience in creative services, graphic design, digital media, agency, or in-house marketing environments.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and a strong understanding of creative strategy, brand development, visual storytelling, typography, layout, photography, video production, motion graphics, and digital media.
• Experience providing creative guidance and leading design execution across multidisciplinary marketing initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Blender, Microsoft 365, project management platforms, and digital asset management systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Wokingham, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with global B2B marketing organizations.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion design, experiential marketing, exhibitions, events, or large-format graphics.
• High emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, adaptability, resilience, and strong accountability for quality and delivery.
