Senior Designer (Graphic Design)

Location: Hybrid in Wokingham, United Kingdom, with 3 days per week on-site and an initial 5-day on-site induction

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns, product launches, corporate communications, and customer engagement.
• Design and produce assets across print, digital, video, motion graphics, presentations, environmental graphics, trade shows, photography, web, social media, and emerging media.
• Take projects from concept through final production and prepare production-ready artwork for print, digital, web, and multimedia applications.
• Adapt creative assets for multiple channels, formats, and global audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders, external agencies, printers, freelancers, photographers, and production vendors.
• Improve visual identity systems, templates, and brand assets while promoting accessible design principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Creative Advertising, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in creative services, graphic design, digital media, agency, or in-house marketing environments.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, with strong skills in graphic design, typography, layout, photography, video production, motion graphics, and digital media.
• Experience providing creative guidance and leading design execution across multidisciplinary marketing initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Blender, Microsoft 365, project management platforms, and digital asset management systems.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy, brand development, visual storytelling, and accessibility standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with global B2B marketing organizations.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, motion design, experiential marketing, exhibitions, events, or large-format graphics.
• Emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, adaptability, resilience, and a results-oriented approach.
