What you will do

• Review customer plans and specs during RFQ and order entry, raising discrepancies via RFI process.
• Redline drawings and suggest alternate designs to align with specifications and regional electrical standards.
• Respond to external and post-delivery RFIs per SLAs, provide scopes for change requests, and follow up to completion.
• Create and revise technical manuals and documentation for customer-specific content and design iterations.
• Interact with clients, vendors, sales, project managers, and engineering to gather info and resolve issues.
• Provide progress reports and communicate updates across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 5+ years experience with electrical distribution products and systems.
• Knowledge of evaluating complex single line diagrams (SLDs) and communication network diagrams.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with ANSI, IEEE, UL, and CSA standards for low-voltage power distribution.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Adobe/Bluebeam, AutoCAD, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and ERP systems.
