What you will do

  • Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS), SOPs, and process documents for regulatory compliance.
  • Document safety and environmental incidents, track corrective actions to completion.
  • Perform data entry for Safety Risk Assessments and collaborate on Toxic Risk Assessments.
  • Schedule occupational health appointments including hearing tests, physicals, and workers' compensation visits.
  • Manage training gaps, maintain tracking database, and assist leadership in workforce compliance.
  • Provide administrative support: filing, recordkeeping, inventory management.
  • Assist in planning and executing site safety events and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Business, EHS, or related field (current students encouraged).
  • 2+ years administrative experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with commitment to accuracy.
