What you will do

• Manage a large portfolio of existing global SMB publisher accounts to maximize their success on the platform.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities by leveraging data and an analytical mindset.
• Conduct consultative calls via video and phone to understand publisher objectives and suggest hirify.global solutions.
• Own and meet quarterly revenue and activity targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Native or professional proficiency in French or German.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• 0-2 years of client-facing experience in sales or account management.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Full right to work permanently in the UK without visa sponsorship.
