Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 USD (OTE $140k-$170k)

What you will do
- Own strategic pipeline development for target biopharma accounts, sourcing and qualifying revenue-generating opportunities.
- Develop and execute account-based strategies using multi-threaded outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn to engage stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Directors, ABM, and marketing to co-create and execute coordinated account plans.
- Conduct deep account research to map structures, identify decision-makers, and uncover entry points.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and leverage marketing campaigns for integrated engagement.
- Provide strategic insights from interactions to refine targeting and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
- 3-5+ years in sales development, inside sales, or business development, preferably in biopharma or life sciences
- Proven track record in account-based selling and building pipeline through strategic outreach
- Experience with complex enterprise accounts, stakeholder mapping, and multi-threaded engagement
- Proficiency with Salesforce, ABM platforms, sales engagement tools like Outreach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

- Knowledge of product portfolio, competitive landscape, and industry trends
