What you will do

• Lead client implementations by producing project plans, gathering requirements, and guiding partners to successful launches.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for agencies and merchants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate critical milestones and project risks to senior executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Technical Account Managers to align technical requirements and readiness.
• Manage daily project activities, including scope control, resource planning, and progress tracking.
• Facilitate internal advocacy to overcome client obstacles and resolve escalations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience managing projects in a client-facing environment (SaaS or ehirify.global preferred).
• Must be based in Austin, TX.
• Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Basic technical understanding of APIs and how system integrations work.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Wrike.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, scope control, and risk mitigation.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform migrations, API integrations, or digital hirify.global initiatives.
• Familiarity with ERP, OMS, PIM, or CMS systems.
• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification.
