What you will do

• Define and evolve multi-year global rewards philosophy balancing market competitiveness and company culture
• Advise CEO, CFO, CHRO, and Board on compensation, preparing for Compensation Committee meetings
• Build financial models for merit cycles, promotions, equity burn rates partnering with Finance
• Elevate employee experience by ensuring understanding of equity, benefits, and perks value
• Modernize HR operations using AI and automation for seamless processes
• Manage and mentor team of compensation, benefits, and ops professionals

Requirements

• 14+ years in Total Rewards or Management Consulting, 5+ years leading teams in high-growth tech
• Deep expertise in equity mechanics (RSUs, Options), burn rates, overhang, dilution, cap table modeling
• Data-obsessed with advanced Google Sheets skills and data visualization for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in fast-paced environments, agile leadership, clear communication
