Salary: $130,000–$190,000 (base pay)

What you will do

  • Achieve territory sales goals through call planning, segmentation, targeting, and compliant product messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and primary care stakeholders.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and scientific knowledge to optimize territory strategies and performance.
  • Position Chiesi as a trusted partner, engage customers professionally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with policies, regulations, and documentation while supporting launches and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication, influence, relationship-building, data analysis skills, and understanding of pharma regulations.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and coachability.
  • Experience: 0–5 years (Specialty), 6–12 years (Senior), 13+ years (Executive) in pharmaceutical sales, preferably respiratory/asthma.
  • Proven sales performance, business acumen, and ability to handle complex customer systems at higher levels.

Nice to have

  • Respiratory or specialty sales experience.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and market expertise for senior/executive levels.
