Salary: $130,000–$190,000 (annual base pay)

What you will do
- Achieve territory sales goals through disciplined call planning, segmentation, targeting, and compliant product messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pulmonologists, allergists, and primary care stakeholders.
- Leverage data, market insights, and scientific knowledge to optimize territory strategies and performance.
- Position Chiesi as a trusted partner focused on patient outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure operational excellence, full compliance with regulations, and accurate documentation of activities.
- Support regional initiatives, product launches, and provide strategic feedback based on customer insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication, influence, relationship-building, and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical promotion regulations and compliance.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and business acumen.
- Experience levels: 0–5 years (Specialty), 6–12 years (Senior), 13+ years (Executive) in pharmaceutical sales, preferably respiratory/asthma.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals for senior/executive levels.

- Respiratory or specialty sales experience.
- Coachability, growth mindset, and peer leadership skills.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and expertise in asthma/competitive landscape.
