What you will do

• Manage one or more software implementation projects using hirify.global methodology, ensuring passage through decision gates and satisfactory sign-off.
• Participate in sales to ensure realistic project scopes, revenue, and timelines with smooth transition to delivery.
• Create and manage project plans, resource profiles, and financial tracking to deliver objectives on time, cost, and quality.
• Handle client/partner communications, expectations, dependencies, change requests, status reports, and review meetings.
• Maintain RAID logs for risk mitigation, issue resolution, escalation, and accurate project documentation.
• Execute efficient project closure and transition to support.

Requirements

• Experienced project manager with track record in IT industry projects.
• Strong business planning, organizing, detail-oriented skills, and adherence to methodology.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, scope control, and financial acumen.
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Willing to travel and work across multiple geographies.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
