What you will do
- Train customers on Revenue Management best practices and Pricing platform to achieve revenue goals
- Drive early product adoption by guiding use of key features
- Enable customer autonomy through effective training and onboarding
- Manage onboarding timelines and tasks across customer and internal teams
- Customize onboarding to specific customer needs and collaborate with Product, Support, Sales
- Act as voice of customer to Product team with insights and feature requests
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian, French, and English
- 2-3 years in project management, onboarding, or customer-facing roles (Sales, Customer Success)
- Solid understanding of onboarding or Customer Success best practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and learn SaaS solutions
