What you will do

• Act as System Owner for Veeva Quality Suite and related QA systems, managing lifecycle, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee cross-functional platforms for document management, contract lifecycle, packaging design, and sustainability tracking.
• Align IT solutions with business needs, regulatory requirements, and corporate quality policies through standardization and automation.
• Manage demand intake, incidents, enhancements, and vendor activities in collaboration with Business Process Owners.
• Drive change management, digital innovation, and project delivery using Agile methodologies.
• Bridge IT and business stakeholders across Quality, Regulatory, Legal, R&D, and Sustainability departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• ≥5 years managing enterprise IT systems with business impact; proven Veeva Vault experience (Quality/Regulatory modules preferred).
• Strong background in QA, Quality Systems, GxP environments in pharma/life sciences; experience with DMS, CLM, sustainability tools.
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV, data integrity; Agile/Scrum, Jira; Spanish and English proficiency.
• Success leading IT implementations, stakeholder management, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• ≥3 years influencing senior management in cross-functional teams.
• Agile/Scrum certifications.
