What you will do

• Build and maintain a network of venues, caterers, and production partners in Barcelona.
• Produce high-standard internal events, lifestyle celebrations, and culture moments.
• Manage end-to-end merch production, from moodboards and visual benchmarks to final delivery.
• Oversee the production quality of all-hands meetings and leadership sessions.
• Coordinate hiring events and recruitment drives across Barcelona and Europe.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of residence in Barcelona with a strong local professional and social network.
• Proven experience in high-level vendor management and negotiation.
• 2+ years of experience in events, employee experience, or workplace operations.
• Professional level English proficiency.
• Strong visual taste and obsession with detail.
• Resourcefulness and cost-consciousness.
