TL;DR

HR SSC Advisor (HR Shared Services): Manage day-to-day HR operations globally with an accent on contracts, employee data management, compliance, and global mobility. Focus on handling ticketing system requests, conducting audits, reporting staffing issues, and ensuring legislative compliance across locations.

Location: Hybrid in León office (Spain): 4 days in office, 1 day remote

What you will do

  • Prepare, send, and maintain contracts and addendums compliant with local legislation, verifying all required documentation.
  • Manage ticketing system: respond timely to employee and departmental requests, generate reports, answer inquiries, update information.
  • Report staffing issues to Head of HRSSC and escalate high-risk matters to Head of HR.
  • Record and maintain employee data changes and absences in HR system.
  • Track global mobility movements, including contracts and tax, collaborating with HR People Partnering team.
  • Conduct documentation audits for compliance and support background screening.
  • Respond to local authorities and assist with internal/external audits.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in HR advisory or administrative roles in fast-paced environment
  • Highly responsive, organized, results-oriented with ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and interpersonal)
  • Flexible, adaptable to changing priorities
  • Proactive, strong team player able to influence senior management
